I don't normally do this, but for these guys...it's a must. Let me just tell you about their customer service and how far above and beyond it is above others. So me and my girlfriend purchased a home that the owners before us had a brand new AC installed before we bought the home. About 6 months into living here on a Saturday night our AC went out, we woke up Sunday morning to a steamy 81 degree home. Dreading the hottest part of a Florida summer 98 degree day still to come (we have 5 kids between the two of us mind you). Luckily the previous owners had left the paperwork to the A/C system attached with a phone number. We figured, no chance they will make it out today but maybe they can get us first thing in the morning if we can get someone to pick up the phone. Well, the number that was attached happened to be the owner's personal cell phone (whoops)...we explained our situation and HE HIMSELF was out within an hour. It was a tough troubleshoot so he called in a technician with a full service truck and had our A/C back up and running within a few hours. I was fully prepared to pay them for at least a service call and some of their time but to my surprise it was all still under warranty and he shook my hand and told me to have a good day. This company owed me nothing, this gentleman owed me nothing. Yet he still sacrificed his Sunday to make sure mine wasn't miserable. This world needs more people like this in it, and businesses should model after this gentleman. I will never do business with any other A/C company as long as I am in his service area.

We’ve used this company since they first started & will never use another. They always come out pretty quickly after they’re called & resolve whatever issue we’re having. Living in Florida, you know your A/C is running constantly so you may as well stick with the best.

I have a relatively new A/C unit, so when I'd gotten off work and realized that it wasn't working and my house was 90 degrees, I freaked out. Tim, from Top Notch air helped me figure out it was just a clogged pipe, so the AC stopped running so my house wouldn't flood. Needless to say I only call them now (Tim was wonderful and not too bad on the eyes either) so if you're ever in need of any AC work call them!!
