I called Saturday afternoon and they set me an appointment for 3:00-4:00. Craig came by rather quickly and diagnosed my problem. Unfortunately, the repair needs part, so won't be completed until Monday. Explained everything completely. Will update after repairs made.

Cuando llame siempre me atiende Wendy y ni les digo súper responsable y hace lo imposible para resolver el problema de mi AC home.. me resolvió sin excusas y envío a KeFF a mi casa y este sr trabajo sin descansar hasta encontrar el problema.. estoy agradecido con Wendy .
