Knowledgeable and professional team at Top Notch from start to finish. Top Notch listened to my situation which was my existing AC unit couldn’t keep up with summer heat because of an addition we had added. Keith, the salesman, came to our home and evaluated our situation. He reviewed the square footage of our home along with the duct work and suggested the AC unit that would be best. ABSOLUTELY no high pressure or up sell -- it was great! Derek, the owner kept in touch and insured me the system will work correctly and resolve my problem and don’t hesitate to call if I have an issue. He even came out to look at the install. The installation team was knowledgeable and did find some issues with the duct work and corrected them. They did an outstanding job and paid attention to details (wires and plumbing fastened very neatly). I feel fortunate to have found Top Notch. The system works great thanks to the team at Top Notch!.
